POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER AT ICMAN-CSIC
Welcome to my website! I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Marine Sciences of Andalusia (Spain) (ICMAN-CSIC) in the DIGIDRON project under the Momentum CSIC Programme: Develop Your Digital Talent (MMT24-ICMAN-01). My research focuses on the development and application of drone-based remote sensing techniques for studying marine and coastal environmental phenomena, including polar Antarctic research. Specifically, I specialise in using multispectral and hyperspectral sensors, combined with machine learning techniques, to characterize aquatic systems. However, in recent years, I have been focusing on using a wide range of emerging sensors, such as LiDAR technology and gas sniffers, which have enabled me to more specifically address some of the environmental phenomena occurring in these highly vulnerable regions of the planet. Join me, get to know me, and discover the work we are doing in our research group.
